How to Enter & Win 
No purchase necessary. To enter watch Vamos! Travel Show on FOX-TV, KABB Channel 35 every Saturday at 6:00pm (CST) starting October 10th, 2009 and send us an email at vamosgiveaway@yahoo.com. In addition, contestants may also enter by writing to: “Vamos Giveaway” 1212 E. Euclid, San Antonio, Texas 78212. Participants must include a picture and a letter explaining why you need a vacation. Pictures will not be returned. Letters must be received between Saturday, October 10, 2009 and Dec. 28th, 2009 at 6pm (CST).  One winner will be selected by a panel of judges based on creativity and the content of the letter from all eligible entries received.

Prize
Grand prize consists of one (1), trip for two (2) to a 3 Star or better hotel or resort in Mexico in the Mayan Riviera Region. Prize will include round-trip airfare for two, accommodations for 4 days and 3 nights, 3 meals a day at the resort or hotel selected by Bauhaus Media Group, Inc., and transfers to and from the airport for two. Winner is responsible for pick-up of the grand prize. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.  Prize is not redeemable for cash and has no cash value and is non-transferable. 

 

 

Bauhaus Media Group, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value.  Winners may not request prize substitution.  Prizes may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner.  Winners must claim their prizes in person at the Bauhaus Media Group, Inc. offices within 30 days after the end of the contest.  Prizes not claimed within the 30-day period will be forfeited.

 
Eligibility
All entrants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States.  Employees (including their immediate families and members of the same household) of Bauhaus Media Group, Inc., its affiliates, promotional sponsors, and advertising and promotional agencies (including FOX-TV San Antonio) who do business with Bauhaus Media Group, Inc.. are not eligible to participate in any contest presented by Bauhaus Media Group, Inc. One entry per person; multiple entries will disqualify the entrant.  No purchase or other consideration is necessary to participate in the contest. 

Release
Winners agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, Bauhaus Media Group, Inc., and each of their respective partners, affiliates, owners, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won.  Winner will be required to sign a form releasing Bauhaus Media Group, Inc., FOX-TV San Antonio / KABB, KMYS, Adventure Group, 98.5 The Beat, and their respective affiliated companies from all liability in connection with the contest and the award and use of the prize before claiming the prize.

Bauhaus Media Group, Inc. undertake no liability or responsibility, and makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the events following the awarding of the prize(s), for any event related to crime, nature, or any other circumstance, or for any other risk, incident or damage, direct or indirect, relating to or arising out of the contest, including (but not limited to) cancellations, postponements, weather delays or other scheduling changes; missed flights or connections or inability of winner to attend; and accident, injury, damage or expense arising from or occurring during the use of the prize, or travel to/from or attendance to the location, by the winner and/or winner’s guest(s).  Bauhaus Media Group, Inc. is not responsible for anything other than awarding the prize to the winner. Winner acknowledges that Bauhaus Media Group, Inc. is not connected to or responsible for any airline, hotel, resort, travel agency, or employees of these companies who have donated their services for the Grand Prize Giveaway.

License
Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for Bauhaus Media Group, Inc.and promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, recorded comments, biographical information, face and likeness without compensation.

 

Taxes
Bauhaus Media Group, Inc. will report the total value of the grand prize to the IRS and will furnish winner with a federal Form 1099.  Winner must provide his/her social security number to Bauhaus Media Group, Inc. for tax reporting purposes, and is solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize. 

General
Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won.  By taking part in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judges, who are employees Bauhaus Media Group, Inc. and whose decisions with respect to all aspects of the contest are final and binding.  Copies of written contest rules and the list of winners are available during regular business hours at 1212 E. Euclid San Antonio, TX 78212. Contest is void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
